Offline donations
Cheques, drafts, cash and transfers received outside the website. Record them here and they join the same ledger as online gifts.
After saving, this donation is added to the main donor list. It then appears on the 80G screen, ready for a certificate once you confirm the money has cleared.
Tally export
Turn donation records into receipt vouchers your accountant can import into Tally. Pick a period, check the ledger mapping, and download the Excel file.

Can we connect our existing website?
In most cases, yes. It depends on your website and payment gateway, so we review the setup with you during the demo. If you have no website, we build one for you.
How are offline donations handled?
Your team records cash, cheque and bank transfer gifts with donor, receipt, date and amount. You can also import existing donors from Excel.
Does Donert generate 80G certificates?
Yes, for eligible donations. Generation and issuance depend on your organisation’s 80G registration, applicable regulations and the workflow configured for you.
